Meet Nathan
I'm Nathan A. Cleveland. I've spent about 20 years in pharmaceutical patient access, helping people navigate coverage, prior authorizations, and appeals.
I started Causeway Coverage because too many smart people feel lost when it's their turn, or their parents' turn.
I live between Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Mount Desert Island, Maine.
Common questions
Do you sell insurance?
No. We're educators, not brokers, and we never recommend specific plans.
Is there free help elsewhere?
Yes: New Mexico SHIP at 1-800-432-2080, 1-800-MEDICARE, and BeWell NM at 833-862-3935.
Can my adult kids join?
Absolutely, family is welcome on calls and at sessions.
Do you work outside New Mexico?
Yes, calls are by video anywhere in the U.S.
